Terms of Service
The baseline rules for authorized use of the School Management SaaS.
Draft for launch review. These terms become effective only after the published version includes the legal entity, effective date and approved contact details.
Account and acceptable use
The subscribing school is responsible for authorized users, accurate account details and lawful use. Attempts to bypass access controls, disrupt service or access another tenant are prohibited.
Service and ownership
The school retains ownership of its submitted data. The provider retains the software and related intellectual property. Feature availability, limits and service commitments are governed by the signed order and support policy.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for material security risk, unlawful use or overdue payment after applicable notice. Termination, export and deletion follow the signed school agreement and data-processing terms.
