How a school can stop renewal or end its subscription.

Cancellation
An authorized school administrator may request cancellation before renewal using the documented support channel. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically reverse already earned charges.
Data transition
The school should request its export before the contractual access window ends. Retention and deletion timing follow the signed agreement, legal holds and backup lifecycle.
