Commercial rules that accompany the published plan prices.
Draft for launch review. These terms become effective only after the published version includes the legal entity, effective date and approved contact details.
Plans and taxes
Published prices are indicative until confirmed in an order. Applicable taxes, plan limits, billing interval, trial, renewal date and approved discounts appear on the order or invoice.
Renewal and changes
Renewal and notice periods follow the signed order. Material price changes apply only with the notice and consent required by the agreement and applicable law.
Payment
Invoices must be paid by the due date using an enabled method. The server determines payable amounts and records online payment only after verified gateway confirmation.
