Roles and instructions
The school determines the purpose of student, parent and staff processing; the provider processes that data only on documented instructions needed to deliver and secure the service.
Safeguards and subprocessors
Access is limited by role and tenant, incidents are handled under the response process, and subprocessors must be contractually bound to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Assistance and return
The provider will reasonably assist with verified rights requests, security inquiries and export or deletion obligations according to the signed agreement and applicable law.
