How eligible subscription refunds are requested and assessed.

Eligibility
Refund eligibility, amount and taxes depend on the signed order, payment method, service period used and applicable consumer law. Setup, migration or consumed usage charges may be non-refundable when stated before purchase.
Request and decision
Submit the invoice reference and reason through the contact channel. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible; gateway and bank processing times are outside the platform's control.
